Kerry Leigh has been making people laugh for over ten years, working with Laughing Cows Comedy since 2004, currently hosting their successful Manchester and Stockport shows where she befriends the audiences each month.

During the Women in Comedy Festival in October 2013 both her solo shows sold out. Audiences howled at her tales of social wrongness, marvelled at her creation of a poem about the audience during the show and were treated to impressions of different kinds of cheese. Yes, that’s right – cheese.

Rosie Wilby
Rosie has appeared on BBC Radio 4’s Loose Ends, Summer Nights, Midweek and Woman’s Hour, LBC and BBC London and at festivals including Glastonbury, Green Man, Larmer Tree and Latitude. She was a finalist at Funny Women 2006 and Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2007.
Her 2009 show 'The Science Of Sex' won a Fringe Report Award, was a sell-out at Cambridge Comedy Festival, Cambridge Science Festival, Manchester Science Festival, Camden
Fringe and Liverpool Comedy Festival and was selected for Fresh Fruit Festival in New York City July 2013. Her 2011 show Rosie’s Pop Diary, later to become How (not) To Make It In
Britpop, toured nationally to critical acclaim and she has appeared at WOW (Women of the World) Festival and Polari Literary Salon at London’s Southbank Centre. For Edinburgh 2013, she took a brand new show Is Monogamy Dead? to Assembly venues. Her writing has been published in The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Independent, Time Out, Diva and more and she features in two new anthologies published by Little Episodes and Accent Press.
Lara A King
Award winning stand up comedienne Lara A King combines sharp humour, uplifting melodies, lyrical wordsmithery and very clever silliness to hilariously observe the baffling absurdities of life, love and the ladies. She sings like an angel and will make you laugh until a little bit of wee comes out.
It’s like Ellen DeGeneres meets K.D Lang and they somehow create a love child with John Hegley. Even though they’re lesbians. Not John Hegley of course. He’s a man.

Les Kershaw
This act is best described as ‘Butch meets the menopause’.
Les Kershaw is a new comer to the comedy circuit. Les has supported Kerry Leigh in her one woman show as part of the Women in Comedy Festival in 2013 and a recent headliner with Laughing Cows. Les will share with you her hilarious journey through the menopause where she finds new interests such as 'a little bit of light dusting' dogging and badge making.
