Jackie Hagan is a working class, one legged queer gobby wit. Her first one woman show ‘Some People Have Too Many Legs’ won a clutch of awards and was the feature of a Channel 4 documentary. Her play ‘Cosmic Scallies; set in forgotten town Skem is being produced by Graeae Theatre and the Royal Exchange and her current one woman show ‘Jumble Soul’ premiers at Contact Theatre in October 2017. Last year she represented the UK in an International poetry slamin Rio and she has just received one of the three inaugural Jerwood Poetry fellowships
